甲骨文 (ORCL.US) 第二季财报业绩逊于华尔街预期。 营收达129.4亿美元，年增 5%，而估值为 130.5 亿美元。 然而，每股收益1.34 美元（调整后）优于预期的 1.32 美元。 

具体分析业务部门，云端服务和授权服务收入成长 12% 至 96.4 亿美元，但低于预估的 97.1 亿美元。 云端服务器和本地伺务器收入下降 18% 至 11.8 亿美元，再次略低于预期的 12.1 亿美元。 服务收益也令人失望，为 13.7 亿美元，而市场普遍预估是 14 亿美元。   

从正面角度检视，云端基础设施收入飙升 52%，达到 16 亿美元。 当季期获取主要客户名单包括 Elon Musk 的人工智能新创公司 xAI、哈里伯顿 (Halliburton) 和三星 (Samsung)。 不过，整个行业 GPU 短缺，xAI 所需的 AI 芯片数量着实超越 Oracle 所能提供的数量。 根据甲骨文联合创始人Larry Ellison的声明，甲骨文在本季亦获得微软云端的青睐，并将在未来几个月内推出 20 个与 Azure 连接的资料中心。 

甲骨文的第三季前瞻指引低于分析师所期。 该公司预计调整后每股净利润为 1.35-1.39 美元，营收增长 6-8%。 分析师预测调整后每股收益是 1.37 美元，营收达 133.4 亿美元，增长 7.6%。 

Larry Ellison对未来表示乐观，预计未来几年甲骨文云端基础设施的年增率将维持在50%以上。 公司的NetSuite部门也进行了一项并购，收购澳洲现场服务软件公司Next Technik。  

尽管财报发布后股价下跌，甲骨文股价在 2023 年仍上涨约 41%，胜于标准普尔 500 指数 20% 的回报率。
