2月26日星期一，澳大利亚S&P/ASX 200指数连续第三个交易日上涨，升0.12%，收在7,653点。 半导体AI龙头英伟达上周发布超预期季度业绩，乐观情绪笼罩科技股，全球股市雨露均霑。   

澳大利亚大型金融和消费股领涨，联邦银行 Commonwealth Bank上涨1%，西太平洋银行 Westpac Banking上涨0.4%，麦格理集团 Macquarie Group上涨0.6%，西农集团Wesfarmers飙升1.8%，沃尔沃斯集团 Woolworths上涨0.3%%。 其他重要指数成分股，如 Pilbara Minerals（上涨5.7%）、CSL Ltd（上涨0.7%）和 Xero（上涨2.1%）也实现跟涨。   

商业新闻方面，因竞争对手宽频零售商 Aussie Broadband 提出4.666亿澳元的收购提议，网路基础设施提供商 Superloop 股价大涨14.3%。 然而，Superloop 投资者在盘后后回绝该收购要约。

澳大利亚联邦储备银行近期会议纪录显示，其二月政策会议正考虑升息的可能性。 由于通胀有缓和的迹象，所以选择维持现状。 澳大利亚央行暗示在放弃升息选项之前，会等待更多证据以确保通胀趋向其预设目标。
