Pertumbuhan Pekerjaan AS Jauh Melebihi Ekspektasi di Bulan Januari, Menunjukkan Vitalitas Pasar Tenaga Kerja yang Bertahan Lama 


Terlepas dari tantangan kenaikan suku bunga, pasar kerja Amerika menunjukkan kekuatan dengan peningkatan yang cukup besar pada angka ketenagakerjaan di bulan Januari, jauh di atas ekspektasi, seperti yang disorot dalam laporan yang baru-baru ini dirilis oleh Departemen Tenaga Kerja AS. Kemajuan dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja ini mengindikasikan kemungkinan peningkatan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di bulan-bulan mendatang.  

Dalam angka spesifik, penciptaan 353.000 pekerjaan nonpertanian pada bulan sebelumnya secara signifikan melampaui angka prediksi 185.000 dan juga melebihi angka perubahan 330.000 pekerjaan baru yang dicapai pada bulan Desember. Di tengah-tengah aktivitas perekrutan yang cepat, tidak ada variasi pada tingkat pengangguran yang tetap sebesar 3,7%. Pada saat yang sama, pertumbuhan gaji terus meningkat.
