However, it foresees a pickup by late 2024 and a more robust growth in 2025. In the latest projection, the BOC forecasts the Canadian economy to grow by 1.2% this year, 0.9% next year, and a more robust 2.5% in 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.umtradings.com\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2023\/10\/1-31.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5393\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Policy interest rate\uff0cBOC)&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Canada Inflation Levels Getting Under Control<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Canada\u2019s CPI readings have been volatile in recent months: 2.8% in June, 4.0% in August, and 3.8% in September. In BOC\u2019s latest projection, CPI is projected to average around 3.5% until the middle of next year. After that, it is expected to gradually decrease and reach 2% by 2025.
