欧州中央銀行（ECB）は、主要政策金利の据え置きを決定しました。利上げの一時停止は2022年7月以来となる。利上げ見送りは全体的に市場価格に反映されているため、欧米の短期的なボラティリティは緩やかである。 

  • ユーロ圏経済の見通し 

ユーロ圏経済は、製造業の衰退、サービス業の低迷、需要の低迷が続いているため、今後数ヵ月は脆弱な状態が続きそうだ。 

  • 米ドル、堅調に推移可能性有 

木曜早朝の米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）の金利決定会合では、利上げは見送られたものの、タカ派的な姿勢は維持されるとの見方から、金融政策に敏感な米2年債利回りは5.08％まで上昇した。

昨日、指標のシグナルとMACD線が絡み、相場は再び波乱のリズムとなり、上昇と下落の兆しを待つことになる。 

  • ケイ線 

為替レートは移動平均線に戻って、上影あるローソク足の形になり、ベア相場が優位であることを示唆している。但し、ショートセールするにはまだ市場が1.0520価格帯の前回の安値を下回ったのを待つ必要がある。 

  • フラッグ調整局面 

為替レートは10月4日以降、上昇トレンドを維持しており、全体的にフラッグ調整局面となっている。65日移動平均線が更なる為替レートの反発をうまく抑えた。次は、今日相場がレンジを下抜けるかどうかに注目する。そうでなければ、ベアマーケットは再び到来の可能性がある。
