要点 

  • ファンドマネージャーは原油価格に弱気な見方をしている 

在庫の増加、OPECおよび非OPEC生産国の増産、そしてサウジアラビアが昨日原油の公式販売価格を引き下げたことから、多くのファンダメンタルズが原油価格の重荷となった。ポジション情報によると、ファンドマネージャーはブレント原油とWTI原油の弱気ポジションを大幅に増やし、2017年以来2番目に多い増加幅となった。 

  • 地政学的リスクが原油価格を下支え 

イエメンの反政府勢力フーシ派が紅海で船舶を攻撃したことで、中東の短期的な地政学的リスクが激化し、原油供給の懸念が生じている。これはある程度、原油価格の下値が短期的には限られていることを意味する。

昨日、為替レートは33日移動平均線にタッチした後、急速に下落し、1月4日に形成された十字線のローソク足をブレイクした。この前、33日移動平均線がさらなる原油価格の反発を妨げており、原油価格はまだ強気派が介入するタイミングに達していないことを示唆している。
