台湾輸出の回復は勢いを増し、第1四半期も引き続き成長の見通し

2023年12月の台湾の輸出は前年比11.8%増の399億米ドルとなり、市場予想の4.9%増という小幅な伸びを上回り、11月の3.8%増を大幅に上回った。これは2022年7月以来の力強い輸出拡大であった。主な要因は、情報・通信・オーディオ／ビデオデバイスの出荷が94.7%急増したことである。一方、プラスチック・ゴム（3.2％減）、機械（2.8％減）、電子部品（1.2％減）、卑金属（1.1％減）などは減少した。輸出先別では、中国本土および香港への輸出（6.4％減）が大幅に減少した。一方、対米輸出額は49.7％と過去最高を記録し、ASEAN諸国（21.7％増）、欧州（16.0％増）、日本（10.1％増）も2桁の伸びを記録した。しかし、2023年全体では、台湾の輸出は依然として年率換算で2022年を9.8%下回っている。2024年に向けて、台湾の海外出荷を2023年以前の水準に回復させるには、12月の輸出の勢いを維持する必要がある。世界マクロ経済の逆風と貿易戦争摩擦の緩和が重要な観測材料となるだろう。 

昨年12月、台湾の貿易黒字は111億米ドルに拡大し、2022年同月の49億米ドルの2倍となった。2023年の年間貿易状況を見ると、台湾の年間貿易黒字は806億米ドルに急増し、2022年同月の513億米ドルの黒字から大幅に増加した。
