滯脹陰霾籠罩歐央行，利率路徑難決斷

今日重點關注歐元兌美元。 

基本面上，昨日美國通脹數據再度上行，讓沉寂許久的炒通脹行情再度來襲。由於能源和各種其他商品的價格上漲，美國8月通脹出現今年最大月度增幅。即便剔除剔除住房和能源在內的服務通脹環比上漲0.4%，為五個月以來最快。不過最終市場行情的回落暗示了市場依舊判斷9月份利率決議會暫停加息。 

歐元兌美元而言，美聯儲的數據和貨幣政策影響最多亞盤就消化掉，更多是關註今夜的歐央行利率決議。由於歐元區第二季度GDP環比增速從0.3%下調至0.1%，最新的PMI數據也顯示8月份服務業和製造業經濟活動萎縮加劇。經濟的萎靡配合居高不下的通脹，滯脹的陰霾讓歐央行今日的利率決議充滿懸念。若歐央行在今天選擇一年來首次的暫停加息同時沒有額外的鷹派發言，歐元兌美元或將進一步下行。 

技術面上，歐元日線空頭趨勢暫時佔據上風。 200日均線已經被突破，匯價完全在200均線下方，33日均線和65日均線也形成死叉下行。

值得注意的是，在短期均線組接近200日均線期間，行情大概率以震盪位置，徹底的空頭趨勢需要等待短期均線組也跌破200日均線下方。因此本周行情雖然開始上行，但目前判斷為反彈，同時反彈力度較弱。

4小時圖上，1.07665與65週期均線的重疊部分是極強的阻力區域，行情嘗試兩次突破均告失敗。行情在沒有徹底漲破該阻力前，空頭力量就始終略強於多頭。

1小時圖上，旗形震盪仍在進行，匯價亞盤或仍將在震盪區域內運行。交易機會需等待隨機震盪指標的信號，或者短期均線組回踩後行情跌破前低。
