甲骨文第二季業績喜憂參半，股價應聲下跌

甲骨文 (ORCL.US) 第二季財報業績遜於華爾街預期。 營收達129.4億美元，年增 5%，而估值為 130.5 億美元。 然而，每股收益1.34 美元（調整後）優於預期的 1.32 美元。 

具體分析業務部門，雲端服務和授權支援收入成長 12% 至 96.4 億美元，但低於預估的 97.1 億美元。 雲端伺服器和本地伺務器收入下降 18% 至 11.8 億美元，再次略低於預期的 12.1 億美元。 服務收益也令人失望，為 13.7 億美元，而市場普遍預估是 14 億美元。   

從正面角度檢視，雲端基礎設施收入飆升 52%，達到 16 億美元。 當季期獲取主要客戶名單包括 Elon Musk 的人工智慧新創公司 xAI、哈里伯頓 (Halliburton) 和三星 (Samsung)。 不過，整個行業 GPU 短缺，xAI 所需的 AI 晶片數量著實超越 Oracle 所能提供的數量。 根據甲骨文聯合創始人Larry Ellison的聲明，甲骨文在本季亦獲得微軟雲端的青睞，並將在未來幾個月內推出 20 個與 Azure 連接的資料中心。

Larry Ellison對未來表示樂觀，預計未來幾年甲骨文雲端基礎設施的年增率將維持在50%以上。 公司的NetSuite部門也進行了一項併購，收購澳洲現場服務軟體公司Next Technik。  

儘管財報發佈後股價下跌，甲骨文股價在 2023 年仍上漲約 41%，勝於標準普爾 500 指數 20% 的回報率。
