We would like to inform that there is an adjustment on the Dynamic Leverage Policy.<\/p>\n\n

I. Rule overview<\/p>\n

During designated news release periods and specific timeframes, newly opened positions will have temporarily\n reduced leverage. Once the specific period ends, the leverage will automatically revert to the client’s\n original setting.<\/p>\n

This rule applies to specific products with leverage settings exceeding specific threshold.<\/p>\n

II. Scope of Application<\/p>\n

– Servers: MT4 and MT5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Applicable Products: Gold, Silver, Forex, Oil, Indices, Commodities (includes XPT and\n XPD).<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Applicable Clients: All account types.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Leverage Adjustment During Affected Period (New leverage limit has been marked):<\/p>\n

• Forex: 1:200<\/p>\n

• Oil: 1:10<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Gold: 1:200<\/p>\n

• Silver: 1:50<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Commodities: 1:5<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Indices: 1:50<\/strong><\/p>\n

III. Affected Periods<\/p>\n

1. News release period:<\/p>\n

From 15 minutes before to 5 minutes after major news releases:<\/p>\n

• USD-related news:
 Applicable products: Gold, Silver,\n Forex, Indices, Commodities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Oil-related news:
 Applicable products: Oil,\n Commodities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Other countries\u2019 news:
 Applicable products:\n Forex.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Market open & close period:<\/p>\n

• 3 hours before the product\u2019s market close on Fridays<\/strong>;
\n – If the following day is a full-day Gold holiday, leverage will be reduced, 3 hours before the product\u2019s market close.\n <\/p>\n

• 30 minutes before the product\u2019s market close from Monday to\n Thursday<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

• 30 minutes after the product\u2019s market open on\n Mondays<\/strong>.
– If the previous day is a full-day Gold holiday, leverage will be reduced within 30 minutes after market open.\n

IV. Covered news types<\/p>\n

The leverage limit will apply to key market news announcements, including (but not limited\n to):<\/strong><\/p>\n

– USD-related news:<\/strong> FOMC interest rate decisions, CPI, PMI, NMI, PPI, GDP, PCE, Retail\n Sales, NFP (Non-Farm Payrolls), ADP (Private Payrolls).<\/p>\n

– Oil-related news:<\/strong> Crude Oil Inventories.<\/p>\n

– Other countries\u2019 news:<\/strong> Major economic data such as CPI, PMI, GDP from non-US countries.\n <\/p>\n

V. How Clients Know When is the News release period?<\/p>\n
