ダイナミックレバレッジ制限に関する規約変更のお知らせ

この度、当社の「ダイナミックレバレッジ・ポリシー」に一部変更がございますので、ご案内申し上げます。本変更は、2026年4月17日および4月27日より順次施行されます。

I. 概要

重要な経済指標の発表前後や特定の時間帯において、新規注文の最大レバレッジが一時的に制限されます。対象期間が終了すると、レバレッジは自動的にお客様が設定されている元の数値に戻ります。

本ルールは、一定以上のレバレッジ設定を利用されている特定の商品に適用されます。

II. 適用範囲

• 対象サーバー: MT4 および MT5

• 対象銘柄: ゴールド、シルバー、FX通貨ペア、原油、株価指数、コモディティ（XPT/XPD含む）

• 対象口座: 全口座タイプ

• 制限時の最大レバレッジ:

• FX: 1:200

• ゴールド: 1:100

• シルバー: 1:50

• 株価指数: 1:50

• 原油: 1:10（4月17日より施行）

• コモディティ: 1:5

III. 制限が適用される期間

1. 指標発表時

重要指標の発表15分前から発表5分後まで：

• 米国指標: ゴールド、シルバー、FX、株価指数、コモディティが対象

• 原油関連指標: 原油、コモディティが対象

• その他主要国指標: FX通貨ペアが対象

2. 市場の開場・閉場前後

• 金曜日: 閉場（クローズ）の3時間前から
翌日がゴールド市場の全日休業日の場合も、閉場3時間前から制限（4月27日施行）

• 月曜〜木曜: 閉場（クローズ）の30分前から

• 月曜日: 開場（オープン）後30分間
前日がゴールド市場の全日休業日の場合も、開場後30分間制限（4月27日施行）

IV. 対象となる主な経済指標

以下の重要指標を含む（これらに限定されません）発表時が対象です。

• 米国: FOMC政策金利発表、CPI（消費者物価指数）、PMI、NMI、PPI、GDP、PCE、小売売上高、非農業部門雇用統計（NFP）、ADP雇用統計

• 原油関連: 原油在庫統計

• その他: 主要国のCPI、PMI、GDPなど

V. 指標スケジュールの確認方法

対象となる指標のスケジュールについては、クライアントポータルおよび公式サイトにて随時お知らせいたします。

米国株CFD レバレッジ設定変更のお知らせ

米国株の決算シーズンの到来に伴い、米国株CFDの取引条件を調整いたします。あわせて、決算期間中のMT5サーバーにおいて、市場閉場直前および開場直後の30分間に新規保有されるポジションに対し、レバレッジを5倍に制限いたします。調整の詳細 1. 適用開始日： 2026年4月13日より 2. レバレッジ設定の変更：米国株CFDの通常レバレッジを 33倍（1:33）から「20倍（1:20）」へ引き下げます。

• 証拠金維持率への影響：レバレッジの変更に伴い、必要証拠金が増減します。証拠金維持率に影響が出る可能性があるため、取引戦略および口座のリスク管理には十分ご注意ください。

• 取引環境の確認：市場の不確実性により、最新の取引条件や相場状況については、常にMT4/MT5アプリ上の情報を優先してご確認ください。

• 既存ポジションについて：本調整の実施前、実施中、および実施後においても、既に保有しているポジションはそのまま維持され、本ルールの直接的な影響（強制決済等）を受けることはありません。

III. MQサーバーのアップデートについて

MetaQuotes（MQ）サーバーが最新バージョン「5660」へアップデートされます。
プロキシモード（Proxy Server Sock4）をご利用のお客様は、互換性の問題により接続に影響が出る可能性があります。その場合は、SOCKS5モードまたはHTTPプロキシへの切り替えが必要になる場合があります。詳細はご利用のプロキシプロバイダーへご確認ください。

Ultima Markets Index Dividend Adjustment Notice

Filters:

When you are trading in Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on spot stock indices, if a component of the underlying stock index pays a dividend/dividend (payout) to its shareholders, your trading account will be adjusted ex-dividend at 00:00 server time on the same day, and the corresponding gain or expense will occur depending on the position you are holding and will be reflected in the account history.

• The above data are expressed in the base currency of each index.

• According to market practice, the actual execution data may change, please refer to MT4 software for details.

When the stock index goes ex-dividend, the dividend will be adjusted in the form of fund deduction.

You can view the fund deduction record with the following annotation “Div & stock index name & net lot” in the account history,It is the dividend adjustment. The long lot is calculated as a “positive value”, and the short lot is calculated as a “negative value”. The sum of the two is the “net lot”.

An example is as follows.

If you trade more than 5 lots of DJ30, you can view the “Div & DJ30 & 5” dividend adjustment record in the form of balance in the account history; View the “Div & DJ30 & -5” dividend adjustment records in the form of balance.

We recommend that you carefully evaluate your current positions and consider whether to hold it overnight.
