Ultima Markets has arranged Excess of Loss insurance through Willis Towers Watson (WTW), — a global insurance broker listed on Nasdaq — with the policy underwritten by Lloyd's of London. In the event of insolvency of Ultima Markets, eligible clients may claim compensation of up to US$1,000,000, subject to the policy's terms, conditions, exclusions and retention.

  • Who is Willis Towers Watson (WTW)?

    WTW is a global insurance brokerage and advisory firm operating in more than 140 countries, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker WTW.

    For this policy, WTW acted as the broker that arranged the coverage with insurers at Lloyd's of London. The policy is underwritten by Lloyd's, which is responsible for assessing and paying any valid claims.

  • What is this insurance?

    It is insolvency insurance arranged by Ultima Markets for the benefit of clients who meet the requirements set out in the policy.

    If Ultima Markets experiences an insolvency event during the policy period, eligible clients may be able to claim compensation from the insurers, subject to the policy's full terms, conditions, exclusions and retention.

  • What is the maximum coverage?

  • Will I have to pay?

    No. The policy premium is paid by Ultima Markets;

    No action is required. Coverage applies automatically to eligible clients and any valid claim is paid by the insurers at Lloyd's of London, subject to the policy's full terms and conditions.
