Important reminder:
I. During the 00:00 – 02:00 GMT+3 upgrade period:
1. Unable to log in to or trade on MT4/5.
2. Unable to log in to the APP or use any APP features, including APP copy trading.
3. Unable to log in to Client/IB Portal; Unable to use CRM, deposit or withdraw funds.
II. During the 09:00 – 18:00 GMT+3 upgrade period for Social Trading Maintenance:
1. Able to log in to MT4/5 but unable to trade.
2. Able to log in to the APP but unable to use any APP features, including APP copy trading.
3. Able to log in to Client/IB Portal; Able to use CRM, deposit or withdraw funds.
III. Kindly note that the MQ Server will be updated to the newest version of 5660. Clients who use proxy mode (Proxy Server Sock4) might be affected due to compatibility issue and might need to resort to SOCKS5 Mode or HTTP Proxy. Please refer to your proxy provider for further details.

• During the upgrade period, the features of MetaTrader software & application, including but not limited to logging in, quoting and opening/closing positions, will be temporarily unavailable.
• There might be a gap between the original price and the price after maintenance. The gap between Pending Orders, Stop Loss and Take Profit will be filled at the market price once the maintenance is completed.
• To ensure access to the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding market opening times and order execution, kindly update your trading platform to the latest version.
